Will is a high level dinghy sailor, so his tactics and rules are perfect for round the cans and Offshore racing.
He has raced as foredeck for over 10 years on various yachts (he can pack, set and fly all spinnakers)
He has the RYA Yacht Master coastal certificate and working on his Offshore qualification.
