North Sea Race 2016

The race started on Friday 6th May 2016 in very light easterly winds. These conditions continued for the whole time of the race making it a a slow race with the first yacht to cross the line (Nature - Farr 45)  taking 1 day and 8 hours, 52 minutes 4 seconds.

The first EAORA yacht to cross the line was Snatch in 1 day, 9 hours 48 minutes 35 seconds followed by Assarain IV in 1 day, 10 hours, 17 minutes and 30 seconds.

The third EAORA Yacht to finish was Woozle Hunter taking 1 Day 12 hours, 21 minutes and 16 seconds.

Once corrected times were calculated the Winner for both RORC and EAORA was Woozle Hunter, second for EAORA - Snatch and Third - Assarain IV.

NOTE: When reviewing the results there were on yachts racing in Class 1 and Class 3 hence no Class 2 results.
