Prizegiving: At the Royal North Sea Yacht Club Oostende at a time to be advised.

High Water: West Mersea; 2124 BST 4.1M Oostende; 1035 BST 4.6M and 2255 4.5M on Saturday 29th June 2019 (add 1 hour for Belgian Summer time)

General Conditions for entry: All entrants must comply with the EAORA Notice of Race Part 1, RORC Notice of Race Rules and Regulations 2019.

Safety: World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations Category 3 plus Category 2 Life Raft with RORC prescriptions and AIS Transponder (See RORC Nor 1.5.7).

Warning Signal: First Warning Signal is at 1955 BST

Classes: IRC; 2-handed Division; EAORA Classes 1, 2 & 3 will be extracted from the overall results and recast.

Start Line: The start line will be a line between the main mast of the Committee Vessel lying to the west of the Nass Beacon and an outer distance mark (Yellow Buoy with black flag) approximately 2 cables to the south of the Committee Vessel. Yachts start in an easterly direction leaving the Committee Vessel to port and the outer distance mark to starboard.

Course A: The following Marks should be rounded or passed to Port (P) or Starboard (S) as indicated: Colne Bar (P); North Eagle (S); NE Gunfleet (P); N Shipwash (S); Greater Gabbard Wind Farm Guard Buoys (North Cardinal 52° 0.077’ N 1° 59.303’ E) (Special Purpose Buoy Yellow 51° 59.795’ N 2° 02.757’ E) (North Cardinal 51° 59.491’ N 2° 06.190’ E) (S); OHR2 (P); Goote Bank (S); D1 (P); Oostendebank-West (S); Buitenstroom Bank (S); Finish Line. (Approximately 123 Miles)

Course B: An alternative course may be published in the Sailing Instructions. The decision on this will depend on the outcome of Brexit.

Finish Line: The Finish line is a line extending from the O3 Buoy (Green) to the Binnenstroom Bank Buoy. Yachts must take their own time when the Binnenstroom Bank Buoy bears 225°. (For Reference the Binnenstroom Bank Buoy is in an approximate position: 51 14’.47N 02 53’.65E)
