Notes	I need two more crew for Elixir. The worsening economic situation has caused two of my crew to pull out for this season due to business pressures. In particular, I am short of a good mainsheet crew. Programme includes all Sail East Regattas; Ramsgate East Coast IRC Championships; EAORA - Jane's Cup/Thames Estuary races, Burnham to Ramsgate race, and Houghton Cup race; Burnham Week; and CYC Autumn Series.

Experience	By way of introduction, I sail with Tim Cross and others as one of the regular crew on Upstart (and Nimrod). (I've sailed with Tim in dinghies and big boats for the last 14 or so years.) I've been on various EAORA weeks and other events so I may be a familiar face! Because of various circumstances (including the original boat I was going to race on having to pull out) I find myself without a berth for the North Sea Race, but I'm very keen to join a boat if I can.
